How to build a company of bots centered on people

In these times of both technology and human potential, the co-founder of Lefort talked about the theme of how to build a bot company focused on people at the event of TalentLand, on April 24th. Topic that is related to this social balance between technological potential and human doing.


Javier introduced the topic asking the question: Who in here thinks that children come with the idea of technology? To later relate it to the differences between generations, when it comes to  the generations that create and the generation that consume and how it’s being used.

Subsequently the basis of why the organization and the process behind a project that allow people and companies to invest time in the really important things in life showed an interesting vision, that accompanied him on his way called "The emotional journey of creating something great" and how this impacts the organization, the user, the bot and the client.


Javier closed the topic, with the importance of building good teams, sharing a vision, as well as the fact that the use of bots should be aimed at benefiting humans, to make good use of time, automate repetitive activities and dedicate that time to exploit the potential that we all have.
