Why despite the "RPA Revolution" the Human Touch remains important.

Even though our current technology is so advanced in a lot of different fields or areas and little by little is replacing humans in several activities we can proudly say that the “Human Touch” is something that will never be replaced.

The “common sense” is a feeling that most of the time is a key for a human at the time a decision must be made, other feeling that is also used for making decisions is the “hunch” and that is the “Human Touch” those feelings are proudly human and human only.

Using both “common sense” and “hunch” is the more common human way to take big and/or important decisions for live and/or business, so our time as humans must be used to take decisions and not for repetitive tasks. That is why "Robotic Process Automation (RPA) exist for, let the Robots (our inmortal helpers) do the repetitive or routine tasks.

In that order of ideas, the AS IS/TO BE process map is a really great tool for industries or companies for change or improve processes with the objective of growing in business or simply to be more competitive (and in this map the most of all processes are really repetitive).
